1. Excellent performance, long life and low maintenance cos
All
of the motion transmission components of the product are mounted in a
completely sealed housing with bushings and seals at the output of the
push rod to prevent dust particles and other contaminants from affecting
key motion mechanisms inside the electric cylinder, ensuring harsh
conditions. The lower electric cylinder can also work normally. At the
same time, the inside of the cylinder is lubricated with standard
lubricating oil, which can make the electric cylinder work continuously
for a long time and the failure rate is low.
2, the load is large, the rigidity is good
The
product delivers extremely high speed and extreme thrust with a life
expectancy of 15 times that of a ball screw. It has higher mechanical
rigidity than ball screw of the same volume.
3, low heat, speed controllable
Compared
with the traditional stator winding technology, this product can
transmit higher continuous motor torque. The segmented stator lamination
design makes the motor have the lowest heat generation, so the product
is more stable and reliable than the traditional motor.
The
product has a built-in brushless servo motor for precise position and
speed control and a variety of position feedback methods including
resolver, encoder and built-in linear position feedback element (LVDT).

product consists of front and rear flange end caps, cylinder block,
